Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old and legally capable to enter contracts.
  • You are responsible for securing your API credentials and account access.

Use of Service

  • Use the API only in accordance with applicable laws and documentation.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the API.
  • Skynyx Dev may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with notice.

Billing & Payments

If using a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees stated. Charges are non-refundable unless required by law. We may update pricing with notice.

Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. Please review them for full details on data collection and usage.

API Availability & Support

We strive to maintain high availability, but provide no guaranteed uptime unless otherwise agreed. Support is available through our standard channels.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Skynyx Dev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
